A Proactive Online Marketing Plan will enable you to increase your prospects, clients and revenue. Here’s the process:
We’ll start your plan by:
- developing and improving your websites, social media and online directory pages (so the info is accurate and complete, puts your best foot forward, and looks great on the smallest phone and biggest flat screen);
- setting up your blog and email newsletter templates (to proactively bring attention to the benefits of your work and other useful information);
- auditing and correcting/optimizing your current online footprint (every website where you can be found); and
- setting up guidelines, topics and schedules for proactively communicating with your audience (“if you fail to plan, you plan to fail!”).
Once set up, your ongoing plan includes:
- SEO tasks to get and keep your website well-ranked in search results;
- writing articles to be used on your blog and email newsletter, and
- sharing updates with and attracting visitors to your website from your social media followers.

Plan Rates
To get your website and online marketing working for you, click on an option below. All ongoing monthly plans include website hosting and back-end maintenance. Payments are securely processed through PayPal and no-interest, six-month financing is available at checkout.
Initial Plan Set-Up: 20 hours @ $1500
For example: Development of website, email newsletter template, blog article topics calendar, social media pages & initial plan execution.
Advanced Plan: 10 hours @ $1000 per month
For example: SEO and ongoing management of a 10-15 page website, weekly blog posts, 5-6 social media pages & bi-weekly email newsletters.
Intermediate Plan: 7 hours @ $750 per month
For example: SEO and ongoing management of a 5-10 page website, bi-weekly blog posts, 3-4 social media pages & a monthly email newsletter.
Starter Plan: 4 hours @ $500 per month
For example: SEO and ongoing management of a 1-5 page website, monthly blog post, 1-2 social media pages & a quarterly email newsletter.
À La Carte @ $150 per hour
If you just need a little support with your website or online marketing, or have smaller projects that don’t come up on a regular monthly basis, you can reserve my services on a straight hourly basis. To reserve time, click the link above, enter the number of hours you’d like and click “Update”.

All Proactive Online Marketing Plans are billed in advance monthly for a minimum of three months to get everything up, running and producing results, plus to qualify for their reduced hourly rates. Time over or under each month’s plan will be carried over to the following month so you don’t lose the time or the reduced plan rate. Should your needs change, you can stop or switch to a different plan with 30 days’ notice.
